How It Works
A simple process from request to completion
Request Service
Request an eligible small repair online anytime, including weekends, or ask for a callback about other work.
Know the Price
View prices for 1-, 2-, and 4-hour Fix It visits when submitting your request. Other work starts with a scope discussion, any needed site visit, and an estimate.
Confirm Scope & Schedule
EPS confirms the weekday date and time, with at least two business days’ notice. Your request does not confirm an appointment.
Consider It Handled
We complete the work, communicate along the way, and make sure you're satisfied before we're finished.
One local partner for projects and ongoing care.
EPS supports homeowners, landlords, investors and property managers with the physical needs of a property. Owner Representative Services help coordinate a property project on your behalf. Preferred Partner service provides recurring repair, maintenance and turnover support. Use either approach or both, with clear communication and owner approvals.
Your property manager handles tenancy and administration. EPS handles the work on the property, complementing your existing management relationship.
Project Coordination
One local point of coordination for contractors, schedules, progress updates and project closeout within the agreed scope.
Recurring Property Care
Familiar repairs, maintenance and turnovers become easier to request and coordinate through an ongoing service relationship.
Clear Communication
We work alongside your property manager or existing team, keep you informed, and reserve major decisions and expenditures for your approval.
