Property support for projects and ongoing care.
Eastvalley supports homeowners, landlords, investors and property managers with project coordination, repairs, turnovers and recurring maintenance. Owner Representative Services help coordinate a specific project; Preferred Partner service supports an ongoing property-service relationship. You can use either approach or both, alongside your existing team.
EPS is a property services company focused on the physical side of ownership. We complement your existing property management relationship: your property manager handles tenancy and administration; EPS handles repairs, maintenance, turnovers and project coordination.

Questions about working with EPS?
Use EPS for a specific project, recurring property support, or both. We work alongside property managers and existing contractors.
What is an owner representative?
EPS acts as your local point of coordination for a property project. Depending on the agreed scope, we can organize bids, coordinate contractors and vendors, track schedules and budgets, document progress, and follow through on punch lists and closeout.
Can you work with my property manager or contractors I already selected?
Yes. We can support your existing team and coordinate responsibilities, communication, and access within the agreed project scope. Owner representation complements property management.
Can EPS coordinate licensed or specialty contractors?
Yes. Within an agreed Owner Representative engagement, EPS can arrange and manage licensed trades, specialty services and major construction. We can organize proposals, property access, schedules, progress updates and completion documentation on your behalf. EPS is responsible for ensuring the work is completed by appropriately qualified professionals; required independent inspections remain separate. You approve major decisions and expenditures, and each qualified professional remains responsible for their specialized work. Review our service scope.
Do I need to be a recurring partner to use Owner Representative Services?
No. Owner representation can be arranged for a specific project. Preferred Partner service supports recurring property needs; the two can be used together.
Can you coordinate a larger project on my behalf?
Yes. EPS can help coordinate scopes, bids, vendors, schedules, progress updates, punch lists and closeout for renovations, turns and property improvements. We can serve as a local representative for remote owners and complement your property manager. Owners approve major decisions and expenditures; licensed professionals handle work requiring their qualifications. Explore Owner Representative Services.
Can you handle multiple properties?
Yes. We support one property or multiple locations. Send the locations and services you need so we can discuss a suitable plan.
Can you coordinate directly with tenants?
Yes. With the owner or property manager’s authorization, we can coordinate access and scheduling directly with tenants to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
How do we start a project or recurring service plan?
Send your property locations, work needed, photos and preferred timing. We will confirm the next step and explain the scope and fees before you approve a visit or work.
Who approves project costs and changes?
You retain control of major decisions, costs and changes. We explain any additional work, cost and schedule impact for your approval before proceeding.
Do I need a new quote every time?
Quote requirements depend on the services and your agreement with EPS. Contact us to confirm whether a request is covered or needs a separate estimate.
How are owner-representation fees and updates arranged?
We agree on the project scope, fees and how often you would like updates before work begins. Contact EPS to discuss your project.
How does billing work?
Your estimate or agreement explains the payment terms. Contact EPS if you have a question about an invoice.
